Step1:播放《edelweiss》动画版歌曲，课堂气氛活跃，很有些学生跟着一起哼起来。（2分钟）
T:Look
at the picture. The weather is snowy. Say together!(板书snowy)
Ss: snowy.
T:What’s the meaning of it?
S1:下雪的。（学生拼读、练习读单词。）
用彩粉笔把y板书在snow后面，学生对比发现它们的差别。
（设计意图：学生通过比较，初步了解本课中的天气词汇与之对应的名词的联系。）

教师引导学生在wind，cloud，sun的后面加上y，把它们变成形容词，并让学生试读出单词。注意特别强调sunny的不同。
