- 作业要求：
题目：请在教学实践中，应用您或者小组打磨后的教学设计和教学课件上一节课，并将这一节课录制成课堂实录视频（如没有拍摄设备，可用文字记录），课后根据实践情况再次修订教学设计及教学课件，并完成教学实践反思，将修订后的教学设计及反思（终稿）、教学课件（终稿）和课堂实录作为培训成果资源包提交至平台。
作业要求：1、培训成果资源包至少包括三个作品：教学设计（含实践反思）、教学课件（PPT）和课堂实录，教学设计与PPT以附件形式上传，课堂实录从视频上传通道上传，请选择平台支持的视频格式。
2、教学设计请参照模板要求填写；教学课件需保证能正常播放查看；课堂实录以视频格式为主，无录制设备也可用文字记录。
3、所有作品必须原创，做真实的自己，如出现雷同，视为无效。4、请务必于截止日期前提交作业，过期将无法补交
