1. have students listen to the tape.

2. have students read the passage quickly and answer the questions in 3a.

3. have students read the chart in 3b,and then read the passage again and complete the chart about the mokey king.

4. call three students to read the passage and fing out the important and diffcult sentences.then ask students to discuss with their partners.the teacher helps explain the things they do not understant.

4、after reading

  1.have students read after the tape.

  2.ask students to complete the sentence in 3c alone according to the passage.then check the answer in class.
