1. 小组激励性评价：

（设计理念：在教学设计中,多一点表扬和鼓励学生，对学生作出正面评价，给予适当的加分；我们很多老师在学生出现错误的时候，马上帮他们纠正错误,以保证他们正确地掌握知识,但这种方法常常会使本来心中没底的学生觉得又失败了,对下一次的参与产生了忧虑和恐惧;我们应该先不急于改正错误,针对他们已说对的部分,给以正面的鼓励和表扬,让他们在大家面前有成就感,然后再用正确的说法重复一遍,这样,学生同样会明白,心理上更容易接受,下次参与时也不会有胆怯心理,并且也很感激老师的纠错方式,对老师也会由感激转变为喜爱,即是：“亲其师,信其道”。）
