请参训教师根据自身实际教学情况及课程学习，运用所学知识，设计和实施一次以学生自主学习与合作学习为特点的教学活动。并将教学活动设计、实施与反思以文稿的形式提交至平台。

2.内容必须原创，如出现雷同，视为无效，成绩为“0”分。
