考点一 不定式和动名词作主语
规则1.___________(smoke) is forbidden in public places. (smoking习惯性的)
It is impossible___________(swim) this afternoon. ( to swim具体的)
规则2. 带逻辑主语的动名词结构作主语时，可以和主语从句之间相互转换。如：
His being elected our team leader made us all very excited.＝______________________________
made us all very excited.( That he was elected our team leader)
考点二 不定式和动名词作宾语
规则1：作宾语的动名词和不定式，它们的完成式表示该动作在谓语动词动作之前发生。如： 1.I appreciate___________________(give)the opportunity to study abroad two years ago. (having been given).
2. ---You were brave enough to raise objections at the meeting.
----well, now I regret _____________(do) (having done)
3. Robert is said _______________ abroad(study), but I don't know what country he studied in.
(to have studied)
It is said/reported/believed/thought/considered ＋that clause= sb. be said/reported/believed/thought/considered to do
规则2：接动词不定式作宾语的常考动词如下：
Hope/agree/pretend/arrange to do, demand to do没有demand sb. to do sth.
规则3：接动名词作宾语的常考动词如下：
consider，suggest/ admit/delay/fancy/avoid/miss/appreciate/mind/ escape/risk/imagine doing
规则4：接动名词和动词不定式作宾语意义有别的动词：
regret to do________________(对要做的事遗憾(后常跟动词say, tell, inform等)
regret doing________________________(对做过的事后悔)
mean to do______________ (打算，有意做） mean doing_________（意味着）
Can’t help to do ___________________ can’t help doing___________________
规则5：固定句型（找几个句子）
He may so no, but there is no harm in__________(ask) asking
It is no good__________ (talk) to him, because he never listens. talking
(1)There is no point/sense/harm＋doing sth. 做某事没用(没意义/没有害处)
(2) It is no good/use doing sth. 做什么事情时没有好处，没有用处
(3)have difficulty/trouble/problem/a hard time/a good time/fun＋(in)＋doing
(4)spend/waste/lose time (in) doing sth.
规则7：want/need/require/deserve 表示“需要”解时，用动名词的主动形式或者不定式的被动式作宾语。
