    2. Lead students to find out the attributive clause in each statement.

Step 2: Presentation

    Task 1: Restrictive attributive clause and nonrestrictive attributive clause

    Lead students to find out the differences between restrictive attributive clause and nonrestrictive attributive clause.

    Task 2: Important points and difficult points

    1. Important points

    (1) Group discussion: Have a discussion about how many relative words the students have learnt.

    (2) Ask students to do a series of exercises about relative words.

  (3) Lead students to summarize the differences between relative pronouns and relative adverbs, and how to use preposition and relative pronouns in clauses.
