Unit 6 At the snack bar 小学英语

学情分析:本课时的主要教学内容是“征求别人的意见”,围绕着“点餐”展开,重点学习一些食物和点餐的句型。学生对食品饮料类单词往往会很感兴趣,根据这一特点,教师尽量把每个语言点与生活实际联系起来,鼓励学生将所学用于生活。

教学目标:

1. 能听懂、会说、会读单词snack bar, a cup of coffee, a glass of juice, a glass of milk, a hamburger, noodles, a sandwich.

2. 能听懂、会说、会读,会说日常用语What would you like? I’d like What about you? Anything else?

3. 能正确地理解并朗读对话内容,并能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语进行点餐。

4. 学会合理安排饮食。

重点难点:

1. 能听懂、会说、会读单词snack bar, a cup of coffee, a glass of juice, a glass of milk, a hamburger, noodles, a sandwich.

2. 能听懂、会说、会读,会说日常用语What would you like? I’d like What about you? Anything else?

3. 能正确地理解并朗读对话内容,并能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语进行点餐。

4.能灵活运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语进行点餐。

教学准备:图字卡,实物道具(茶杯和玻璃杯),实物图片,练习纸。

教学过程:【导入】Step 1 Greeting &Warming up 

1. Greeting

T: Hello, boys and girls. Today, I want to know more about you.

Hello, what’s your name? What do you like? Can you ?Nice to meet you.( 互动)

TNow, boys and girls. Do you want to know me? So who’d like to ask me any questions?

S:What’s your name? How old are you?

……

T:My name is XXX, my age is a secret, I’m an English teacher and I have a snack bar.( (出示快餐店,教读snack bar ))

设计意图:通过Free talk,,鼓励学生主动运用英语,敢于向老师提问,增加师生互动,渲染了英语学习氛围,同时引出snack快餐店的情境。

2.Teaching aims

T:Good! I hope we can learn this lesson very well today. but before class we need to know what we’ll learn. We’ll learn UNIT6 At a snack bar story time. Through this lesson, if you can say some food and drinks, you can get 1 sweet. If you can read the story ,2 sweets for you. If you can use the new words and sentences to order food, you’ll get 3 sweets.

But how to learn? You should listen carefully and show yourself bravely.

设计意图:出示教学目标,使学生学习有了方向性,并通过糖果鼓励机制调动学生学习的积极性。

【讲授】Step 2 Presentation

1.Learn the new words.

T: Look,boys and girls,where am I?

S:At a snack bar.

T:Yes,I was at my snack bar. There is a lot of food in it. Can you guess :What’s in my snack bar?

You can also say it in Chinese .

S: Pies/eggs/beef/sweet/(学生猜的过程中通过图片呈现新单词 a hamburger /a sandwich/noodles板书贴图 带读)

A hamburger, a hamburger, Id like a hamburger.

T:There’s also some food drinks at my snack bar. Let’s have a look.(实物教授 a cup of coffee/ a glass of milk)

T:Now,guys. Let’s play a Size of sound game(大小声读单词)

T:Well done, guys. Look , Mr Bean has come to my snack bar to buy some food. Can you guess what Mr Bean has bought? You can look at my mouth and guess the food.

2Learn the new sentences

TOk,Mr Bean has come to my snack .Do you want to come to my snack bar to buy things too?

Selling,selling,cheap and nice,come to my snack bar!

T:Good morning,Would you like a hamburger?

S1:Yes,please.

T:Here you are.

T:What would you like?

设计意图:通过老师的零食店这一情境,让学生猜:What’s at the teacher’s snack bar?学生复习以前所学饮料和食物,激发学生说出新单词。运用各种游戏大小声、看口型猜单词趣味性活动等来练习巩固单词。再通过买食物这一真实情境带出新句型,学生自编儿歌,活跃氛围,巩固知识,培养学生的自主学习能力。

【讲授】Step 3 Story time

1. Look and answer.

T: You did a good job! And our friends are at the snack bar, too. Who are they?

S: Helen, Mike and Mr Green.

T: Yes! And we can also see a waitress here.

2. Watch and circle.

T: Look, there are many food and drinks here. They are…

What would they like? Let’s watch and circle.

3.Listen and tick

T: What would Mike like? (引导)He would like

What would Helen like? She would like(听力验证)

What would Dad like? He would like…

4. Read and underline

T: How do they order food. Open your books and underline them

5. Listen and imitate

跟读(注意模仿语音语调)

6.Reading time——分角色朗读

T: OK. Now we can choose our favourite way to read it.

7.Let’s dub

设计意图:进入故事学习的时候,首先出示MikeHelen Dadsnack bar的图片,

学习Dad,并渗透waitress。接着通过Listen and tick 整体感知他们想要什么食物;再watch

match and answer他们各自想要的食物和饮料,详细了解,并通过板书让学生在一次熟悉词

句,清晰的了解本节课的主要内容。学习故事之后,进入阅读训练,通过跟读录音,学生自由选择朗读方式,为下一步的表演奠定基础。

【活动】Step 4 Show time and summary 

1. waitresses or waiters needed.

a. T: You did a good job. I’m very busy and my snack bar need more people .Would you like to my snack bar? But here’s a task for you. If you do well ,you’ll be my waitress or waiter.

b. T: Who wants to work with me? (教师示范)

d. Show it. 请小组上台表演.

2. Summary and assement

设计意图:通过创设招聘营业员的情境,由学生小组合作扮演服务员,进行点餐活动,体验点餐的氛围。与课前出示教学目标相呼应,学生自主评价学习目标完成情况,逐步培养自主学习能力。

【作业】Step5: Homework 

1.Imitate and read story time, try to act with your friends.

模仿并跟读story time,尝试和你的朋友一起表演对话。

2. Go shopping with your friends in the stationary shop or toy shop.

四人小组创编购物对话,可选择去文具店或玩具店。

设计意图:课后准备故事表演,让学生通过佩戴头饰切身体会他们在快餐店的心情进行表演。通过四人小组创编购物对话,把本节课的点餐用语到不同性质的店里购物,灵活运用所学知识。
