作业要求 ：
【作业要求】
学员可以根据自己的情况选择其中1份（三选一）作业进行提交，作业提交字数不少于600字，内容原创，如出现雷同，视为无效，截止提交时间为12月26日24点，逾期不能提交。
【作业一】结合本次培训的具体内容，体现自己在本次培训中的学习感悟、培训心得以及培训收获（如有将培训所学知识应用于日常工作中相关实践的经历，最好在总结中引用实际事例加以说明）。
【作业二】围绕学科教学重难点提交1份教学设计方案（下载附件1：教学设计模板），按要求填写提交。
【作业三】从教学实际出发，策划1次主题活动，活动形式：校本活动、班会、春游或秋游等，具体要体现出活动给教学带来的变化或影响（下载附件2 主题活动策划模板，每个栏目必须填写完整）。
【注意】
为方便辅导教师审阅，上传的内容如果不含格式、图片、公式请直接复制粘贴至文本编辑框中发布，不能直接发布的请以附件的形式上传，文件名称以“单位+姓名+教学设计/主题活动”命名，比如：斗门区实验小学张三主题活动策划。
