Step 1 Warming up
1. Greeting
T: Good morning, boys and girls!
Ss: Good morning, Miss Zeng!
T: How are you today?
Ss: I’m fine, thank you!
2. Enjoy a song: Farm animals song
T: Here is a song, let’s enjoy it.
Step 2 pre-listening
1. T: What do you see in the song?
Ss: (动物)
T: Yes, we see many animals. Do you know where are the animals ?
Ss: (动物园)
T: Good job! They are in the zoo. (教授单词zoo)
2. 创设情境:今天我们要一起去动物园里面参观动物,看看动物园里面都有哪些动物呢?

T: look! What’s this?
Ss: It’s a monkey.
b. (展示课本活动一图片)
T: Here is a chant. Let’s watch it and answer question
Q: How many monkeys do you see?

5. (展示一张猴子图片)T: What’s this?

(接着来了很多猴子) T: Wow, so many monkeys. What are they?

T: They are monkeys.
6.(单复数对比图)T: 从表格中你能观察到什么?

Step 3 While- listening
1. T: 今天大明他们也去逛了动物园,我们一起来看看他们都会遇到哪些小动物呢?watch the video and answer.

2. Watch again and answer.

3. (分别出示一张肥胖的猫和狗的图片) T: What’s this? Ss: It’s a cat.
T: Yes, the cat is fat. (教授fat)
4. 情感教育:询问学生能不能用fat来形容一个人呢?告诉学生我们最好不要用fat来形容人,也不要以外貌来评判一个人,世界因为不同才会更加美好。

1. Role play (分成8组,每组4-6人,提前在教室贴好课文中动物的图片,把教室当成动物园,大家一起来逛动物园)
2. Play the game
把学生分成8组,组内讨论好要扮演的动物并排练动作。然后上台扮演并询问底下的学生What are they? 底下同学用They are . 回答
