教师引出一个话题：Do you know the story Yu Gong moves a mountain? 叫一个学生复述故事。

【设计意图】通过retell the story，为下一步的教与学做了很好的铺垫。

步骤Ⅱ：Presentation (5’)

Teacher：Hello，boys and girls. Have you ever seen a TV program called Journey to the West？I am sure that all of us have seen it .There is a very famous character called Sun Wukong.

   教师利用单元主题和PPT呈现3a所列句子中相关的人物和行为，导入新词。

 What do you think of him？What happened to him？Can you say something about him?

     Let some of the students say something about the Journey to the Western.

【设计意图】通过情境创设，让学生初步感知语言，并在情境中学习和了解本课将要学习的知识，层层深入，留给学生思维的空间，这样既拓展了学生的思维，也为下面进一步的语言学习做了大量的材料积累。
