课题:Unit 10 Section B (1a---1d)

学习目标:

Knowledge Aims:

1. Learn and master the words and phrases:

Would: I’d, noodle, beef, mutton, cabbage, potato, special, dumpling, porridge…

2. Learn and master the sentence structures:

What kind of noodles would you/he/she like?  --I’d/He’d/She’d like…

What size bowl of noodles would you like?  --I’d like…

Ability Aims:

 1. Can use the sentence structure to make up the dialogues

 2. Practice the students’ communication and cooperation ability

3. Order food.

Moral Education:

1. The abilities to cooperation and deal with the difficulties.

2. The abilities to use English in the daily life.

Teaching Importance and Difficulties:

Importance:

1. Master the words about the food.

2. Master the sentence structures:

II. Presentation (I)

1.       Do you know these things? Show the pictures .Read and learn these new words.

2.       Practice: match the words with the pictures.

To give Ss practice using the target language, have Ss work in pairs to discuss the foods they like and don’t like.

e.g.:  I like dumplings, but I don’t like onions.

I like dumplings and cake, but I don’t like noodles.

V. Practice

Listen and complete the food order form in 1c.   

Check the answers: have students switch their textbooks with a classmate. Encourage Ss to listen and tick their work if they think it is correct.

VI. Role-play

1. If you are a waiter in a restaurant , can you serve the customer?

2. GROUP WORK: Put students into pairs, have Ss practice using vocabulary and sentences by role-playing a restaurant in groups.
