   What's in the boat?  Five  elephants are in the boat. (Teach the sentence.)
   Look at the mouse! Is it happy? How about the elephants?

   What will happen when the elephants go into the boat?

   Where are the animals? They are in the water.

   Who are they? How many fish are there in the water?

   Oh!   Look !  Six fish are in the boat. (Teach the sentence.)
   Which animal can swim? Guess!

   Ha ha ha ha. The mouse.the rabbits. The cats,the dogs.the elephants. They are all wet.  The fish are happy.ha ha ha ha.

   Is the mouse happy, too? No, the mouse is angry.

   That’s a pity! The boat sank!

   VI. Teaching reflection:
       本故事讲完，孩子们已经能够朗朗上口。故事中的人物大部分孩子都认识，所以相对来说比较简单，一猜即中，孩子们也更感兴趣。在看到故事中船快沉了时，大家表示很担心，不能再装了！没想到仍然有动物进来，于是船“终于”沉了。孩子们各抒己见，觉得如果自己是船长不会拉很多客人，有的说不要拉不会游泳的，不然万一船出事了他们会死掉的，还有的说要拉猫咪就不能拉老鼠啦！孩子们的思维真开阔！
