作业要求 :

参训教师将“研修作业”中提交的《作业二:教学设计》的内容付之于课堂教学。教学的过程,请同伴帮忙录制(借助手机、DV、摄像机均可)10—40分钟的视频,需是完整的教学片断。(无法录制视频的老师,提供相关的微课或者文字版的课堂实录)

Lesson 55 Look into the future

教案

1教学目标

Knowledge

Words and expressions some important language points boss, doubt, wealth, manage, astronaut as for

Ability

To be able to talk about the future jobs and the future life in English .

Emotion

Students will know more about some other jobs, and they will know how to choose a job and what to do to make their dreams come true.

 

2学情分析

本单元是初中阶段英语教学的最后一个单元,主要通过对将来的畅想与谈论,使学生能够运用英语来说明对将来的想法以及实现理想的方法。并且在这样一个毕业离别的时候,教师应该帮助学生展望未来、制定计划,给他们提出建议,使学生能够用英语表达意愿和情感。而本课主要通过对展望未来这个话题的讨论学习,最终使学生有效、准确地运用语言,并且使学生形成正确的人生观。

3重点难点

Sentence:

As for me, I’m going to choose the most fun and exciting job in the world.

4教学过程

活动1.Review:  one of 的用法   enough和adj 位置  不定代词和adj的位置    luckily反义词 unluckily等

活动2【导入】Lead-in and warm up

2. T: Today, let’s look into the future together.

活动4【导入】Think about it

Have a discussion with the students about the two questions on the textbook.

1. What do you want to be when you grow up? Ask the Ss to find as many as jobs they can.看大屏幕

2. What should you do now if you want to make your dream come true?例如: 1Come up with a plan that will help us get that job.

Follow our plans and do not doubt ourselves.

Study hard to make dream come true.

活动5【导入】 Reading

1: Now I know about your dreams. Let’s read and find out Jenny and Brian’s ideas for choosing a job. Please read the dialogue and answer the questions.

2. Tell them to do exercise 1 in let’s do it.

活动6【导入】Language points

Ⅰ短语:Learn the phrases and do the exercises as for look into grow up

*as for至于;关于;     

*look into观察;朝里面看;调查;浏览(书籍、资料)”的意思

*grow up长成,成熟,发展

例如:

●As for the thief, he was caught by the police

●The police are looking into the accident

Ⅱ.单词A. doubt

doubt后接宾语从句时,如主句为肯定句,用whether或if连接;如主句为否定句或疑问句,用that连接。

例如:

●I doubt whether/if he is clever

●Do you doubt that I love you?

Ⅲ. I Love to travel, and it would be fun to fly an airplane.

I want to be a boss and manage a big company. I could make a lot of money

情态动词could, would表猜测的用法。以上句子中的could, would都是表示推测的情态动词。

表示推测的情态动词,其所指时间几乎总是“现在”,即说话人的主观看法总是以现在时间为基点的。它们所表示的可能性大小,一般说来might最低,must最高,由低到高的顺序:might(可能)→may可能→could(可能)→can(可能)→should(应该会)→ought to(必然)→would(会)→will(会)→must(一定)。

例如:

●He must be there.

=I’m sure (that) he is there..

 

Ⅳ. 结构探讨a lot

a lot 的意思是“大量;许多”。表示‘大量(许多……)”时,后接of 短语,of后的名词既可以是可数名词,也可以是不可数名词。a lot 还可以用作副词,可以修饰形容词和副词的比较级。

例如:

●He has a lot (of things) to do today.

●I am a lot taller than your brother.
