课前优学

学习过程

一、学习生词表单词memory---cycle,并参考以下解释以便于理解。

1.memory

 n.记忆力；记性

My grandma has a good memory. She can remember things from many years ago.

 n.回忆；记忆

She has great memories of her childhood.

2 .corner n.角

There is a post office on the corner of the street.

3.lose—lost—lost  v.丧失；失去

常见的词组有：

●lose one’s life/way/weight/temper

●lose (sth.) to sb.把……输给……

We lost a game to a stronger team.

●lost adj.迷路的；迷失的

get lost迷路

We’re completely lost.

adj.丢失的；失去的

I’m looking for that lost file.

4.improve v.改进；改善

We should plant more trees to improve the environment.

5.mention  v.提到；说到

The article            the problem of pollution.

6.method  n.方法；办法

Our teacher is showing us a new method of writing.

7.spelling n.拼写；拼法

I don’t know the spelling of your English name.

 spell v. 用字母拼；拼写（spelt—spelt）

 Please spell the word “elephant”.

8.mind  n.头脑；大脑

I searched my mind and still couldn’t remember his name.

There were all kinds of thoughts running through my mind.

●make up one’s mind做出决定

v.介意（尤用于疑问句或否定句，不用于被动）

e.g.:I hope you don’t mind the niose.

   Do your parents mind you/your leaving home?

   Do you mind if I open the window?

   Are you married, if you don’t mind my/me asking?

●Never mind 没关系

Have you broken it? Never mind, we can buy another one.

9.silly adj. foolish  stupid愚蠢的，可笑的

 The boy looks silly in that big hat.

10.worth  adj.不用于名词前，常发挥介词的作用

●有价值的；值……钱

教学反思:本节课通过课前优学，对前一节的知识进行了复习。在学习过程中，通过对生词，词组的讲解，加深学生对本节课的理解和认识。重点句型反复练习，达到举一反三的效果。课后练习的设置，使学生对本节课重难点掌握有所加深，达到灵活运用。

课后学生应对掌握不好的句型，词组加大练习。
