课题:Module 9 Unit2 Vocabulary and listening

一、【学习目标】

1、能灵活运用本课的新词汇及句型:

单词:Africa, America, American, Oceania, Oceanian , desert, grass, grassland, jungle, India.

句型:Does the elephant like water? Yes, it does.

        Is the kangaroo from Australian?  Yes, it is.

2、从阅读材料中得到相关动物的信息!懂得我们应该保护动物。

 

二、【重难点】

教学重点:能就动物的有关问题进行问答,提高学生的口语能力。

教学难点: 学习并使用大写字母, 提高学生的写作能力。

 

三、【课前准备】

1. 基础导航

1)在课文中找出下列新词汇:Africa, America, American, Oceania, Oceanian, desert, grass, grassland, jungle, India. 并根据上下文意思猜测出生词的含义,试着朗读。

 

2) 在课文中找出下列短语:come from/be from________ ;live in________

欧洲狼________;吃肉________;南美洲________

 

2. 自主探究:

1)根据句意和首字母写单词的正确形式。

1 Pandas like eating b _______ very much. It’s their favorite food.

四、【课堂活动】

1、  预习情况交流:

1)讨论解决预习中存在的问题(师生互问探讨)。

2)分组交流你在课前准备中错了哪些并找出错误的原因。

 

 

2、教学过程

1)核对课前准备中的题目并自我分析错误的原因。

2)读五大洲的英文名称,在地图上准确找出这些地点

3完成P56 activity2 ,将地图中的地点名称和activity2中的5个单词相连。

   4)看地图上的4幅圆图片,准确完成activity3,找同学提问并核对。

   5)快速读一遍课文,并完成activity 4,训练一下句型:

         Does the elephant like water?    Yes, it does.

            Is the kangaroo from Australian?   Yes, it is.

 

3、综合技能训练1:

1)选词组come from/be fromlive in用英语说一句话

 

2)完成下列汉译英


  3)小组操练:两人一组操练如下句型

       Does the elephant like water?    Yes, it does.

          Is the kangaroo from Australian?   Yes, it is.

 

4)学习成果展示:根据所学内容,和同伴编一段小对话向全班同学介绍你们所了解到的一些动物的情况。(比如说“来自哪里”、“它们吃什么”)

 

4、综合技能训练2

1)写出短语的英语表达


2按要求完成下列各题。每空一词。

1. The snake comes from America.(改为一般疑问句)
