Food And Lifestyles

Purpose: let students know what healthy food and life are.

Step 1: warming-up activities

           (1) ask some students: what is your favorite food.

           (2) show students pics of healthy food and ask students"what is it""do you like it".

           (3) discussion: what food can we eat a lot? do you think it is good for health? which is your favorite?

Step 2: scanning the article and then answer the question"what do most students eat for their breakfast "

Step 3: intensive reading

           read the article again and answer the questions in the book

Step 4: skimming

            read a third time and make dialogue in pairs

Step 5: ask students about their own lifrstyles
