作业标题:第二次校本研修成果 作业周期 : 2019-05-05 2019-07-25

作业要求:

请参训教师结合线上学习和校本实践,根据自身实际教学情况及课程学习,运用所学知识,设计和实施一次以展示“新课标和核心素养”为目的的教学活动,并将教学活动设计、实施与反思以文稿的形式提交至平台。

Teaching aims and demands  教学目标 :

1. Learn some new words and phrases: fail, someone, feeling, joke, at one’s age,

2. Learn the expressions of how to reassure others.

(1) Why don’t you talk to someone when you feel sad?

(2)Don’t worry. Everyone gets these feelings at your age.

(3) Who do you want to make friends with?

(4) Yes. I’m sure she would like to be your friends.

3. Go on learning adverbial clauses of reason.

I’m feeling really sad because I failed the English exam.

Teaching  procedures 教学过程设计:

Step1 Warming-up

1. Review  the sentences of Linking Verb + Adjective 

She feels shy.      He seem very angry. 

He feels lonely.  He looks frightened.    He looks very sad.

2. Learn and remember new words:  feeling, fail.

3. Make dialogues with students:

T:  What is Li Hong like?

S:  She is a quiet and shy girl.

T:  How is she feeling these days?

S:  She is feeling sad and lonely.

T:  Why? (Why is she feeling lonely?)

S: Because she has no friends to talk with.

T: What’s Miss Wang’s advice?  ....

Step 2 Presentation


1. Listen to 1a carefully, and tick the problems and suggestions you hear.

2. Check the answers.

3. Listen and follow. Then practice reading.

4.  Watch the Flash and read 1a,then fill in the blanks with the correct phrases. 

5.  Explain the key points.   

Such as, (1) fail the exam ,    fail to do sth. 

(2) Everyone gets these feelings at your age.  

(3) Who do you want to make friends with? 

 (4) There, there. It’ll be OK.

6. Remember the key phrases.


Step 3 Practice

1. Practice reading the dialogue in 1a again.

2. Ask some students to act out the dialogue.
