1. Learn the new phrases:
. Learn the usage of “can ” and“can’t”for ability and inability.

Teaching focus and difficulties: Learn the usage of “can ” and“can’t” Teaching aids :Multi-media Computer Teaching methods :Five-finger Teaching Step 1 Review Ask and answer between teacher and students to review what they have learned. Step 2 Presentation Have them listen 1A to lead in the usage of can and can’t. 1. The teacher play basketball,and say to the students: I can play basketball. Help them to use can to say right sentences.
2. Ask :What’s your favorite sports to lead in can’to.
3. Take out a guitar. T: What’s this? S2: It’s a guitar. T: I can’t play the guitar. Who can play it? S3: I can
4. The teacher ask some students to perform in the front of the classroom and help them to finish the following dialoge: T: What’s he/she doing? Ss: He/She is dancing. T: Aha! He/She can perform ballet/dance to disco.
反思
1, 学生个体差异较大,两极分化现象严重。知识,能力分布存在严重的不均衡,同时给日常的英语教学带来了难度。
2, 有较大部分同学熟练掌握本节课知识,但还有一小部分同学掌握不太好,需继续操练。
