Ⅰ．Analysis of the student. （学生分析）
1．Greet the students in English and make sure they can response correctly.
2．Do the duty report: a student on duty can say whatever he/she likes to say.
3．Review: Last lesson, we learned about the dream team. A dream team has not only the best players and the best coach, but also the best team spirit. All of the players must work hard and do their best for the team.
Ⅱ．Lead in. （引入）

2．Come to "Think About It!"
（1）T: Would you like to hold a classroom Olympics? Why or why not?

Ⅲ．New lesson. （新课）
1．Prepare lessons before class.
Teach the new words and phrases. Make sure the Ss can read it correctly.
2．Text: Give them some time to read the text themselves. Then let them act out the dialogue in groups. Correct their pronunciation when necessary.
Read the lesson and answer the questions.
（1）How many events did Jenny's classmates invent for the classroom Olympics? What were they?
（2）What things did they need to prepare for Danny's event?
（3）What was the result of the "Jump over the Dinosaur" event?
（4）How did Brian feel? Why?
（5）What did Jenny think of the events?
At last, the teacher explains the text in Chinese; make sure the Ss can understand the meaning of text.
