作为一门语言学科，英语教师可以采用情境教学法，使学生有更好的学习体验。情境教学法具有形象生动、智慧开明的优点。它可以为学生的英语学习创造一个真实的语言环境，对促进学生的英语学习起到积极的作用。现阶段，如何有效地开展英语情境教学，使学生的英语能力进一步提高和加强，教师也需要对教学方法进行研究和分析。教师需要采取适当的教学方法，帮助学生提高和增强英语能力。

教材内容

七年级上册第八单元第三课时

1. 教材分析

本课是新目标英语七年级上册第8单元第四课时，教材以when is your birthday?

为中心话题。Section B也是本单元的重点部分。主要在学习日期表达的基础上作日程安排并做相关的阅读练习。因此本部分是对前面知识的巩固和新知识的拓展，在本单元以及今后的英语学习中都占重要的地位。

2. 学情分析

通过检查家庭作业的手段，我觉得本课所针对的七年级学生，英语的认知水平较为低下，注意力不够集中，听说水平也不够高。于是在本课中我将运用大量的图片进行直观形象的教学。本课主要的知识障碍就是在哪一天有什么具体活动的不同表达方法。

3. Reading.

(边听边读，让学生整体感知文章，教会学生阅读策略。)

(2) While- reading .

T：Read the text in 2b and list the activities and the dates. Fill in the chart in 2b.

(3) Post-reading.

T：Retell the passage according to the context in the blanks.

7.教学反思

本节课从确定课题到上课历时一晚上，时间较短暂。尽管上出来没有达到自己理想的状态，但整体感觉还好。上完整节课，反思如下：

优点：

本课设计理念符合新课标。整节课我不仅局限于知识本位的教授，更多的是设置真实的情境，让学生在真实的语境、情境中去运用所学知识，极大地激发了学生的兴趣；同时，我不是在教教材，更多的是再用教材教。我对本课内容进行了合理巧妙的整合，在reading之前我设置了很多课外的活动为学生的阅读清除了障碍。以至于学生在阅读时得心应手。

本课设计思路新颖、流程紧凑。整节课都是一环扣一环、让学生带着任务，由易到难地突破一个又一个的重难点。

课件制作较精美、简洁。既起到了提纲挈领的作用，又非常直观形象地刺激学生的视听觉，有助于学生的学习。

不足：

本课时间安排不合理，前面在知识新授过程中花费时间过长，以至于学生在后面输出知识的时间不够。有点头重脚轻的感觉。

本课的歌曲导入花费时间过长，且与本课知识衔接过于牵强。

由于备课时间不够充分，在新授知识时有个别知识点讲解不够透彻。如表示竞赛的几个近义词可以整合在一张幻灯片进行讲解，就比较简单明了；还有“have”的用法可以多讲讲。

在本课“读后”那个环节，叫学生retell这篇文章，考察的学生面过窄，可设置成填词的方式，效果会更好。
