试卷讲评在教师的教学工作中起着重要的作用，有效的试卷讲评有助于学生了解自己知识能力水平，查漏补缺，提高分析问题和解决问题的能力;在试卷讲评课中，我们要做到如下几：
第一，原因剖析。有效的试卷讲评应该是从批阅试卷时就开始的，在批阅试卷时就应发现学生存在的问题，找出学生的失分点和得分点并分析原因，将学生出错较多的题目进行分类，讲评试卷时，应把每个试题都归纳入知识体系中，帮助学生真正做到学会运用所学知识，达到举一反三，触类旁通的目的。
第二，学生自查。试卷是一样的，但学生是不一样的。每个学生都可能有他自己的问题，所以试卷发下去之后，要让学生学会自我分析和评价，重在让学生思考、发现，再进行相关拓展练习，从而对所学知识进行巩固。要让学生通过积极主动参与，拥有表述自己思维过程的机会，才有利于强化正确思维方式，弥补自己思维方法的缺陷，提高学生独立解决问题的能力。
第三，巩固练习。认真细致进行错题分析之后，将典型错误分类整理，精选题型，错题类型再做，反复训练，使学生学会读题、审题、理解题意，正确把握答题方向以及注意答题的条理性和规范性，促使试卷讲评的效果达到最优化。
第四，试卷讲评结束后，应对自己的教学方法和教学内容进行反思，特别是对学生考试中错误相对集中的试题，要反思自己是否讲漏，是否讲透，并主动了解同学们对讲评的反应，以便课外个别辅导和实施补偿性教学。
