作业标题:英语教学设计 作业周期 : 2019-04-29 2019-06-10

作业要求:

1、考核内容:

    围绕本次培训主题,本次培训的考核作业内容为:写一个的课堂教学设计,可以为某一册书的某一个单元教学设计,将具体的课堂教学内容与学生“核心素养”的培养过程有机结合、渗透,并体现达成这一目标的具体教学手段和有效评价手段,真正推动高中英语课堂教学的有效性。

2、考核要求:

    (1)作业形式与提交:编辑完成后复制粘贴在答题区域,直接提交,不要采用附件形式。

    (2)作业内容要求:学员教师必须结合自己的真实教学实践,依托具体的课堂教学内容,坚持教学内容和本主题的学习要求与心得体会相结合的原则,呈现真实的课堂教学设计片段。严禁抄袭、转载,一经查实,做不合格处理。

    (3)作业字数要求:依据教学片段选取的主题不同而有所区别,但总体不少300字。

中国学生发展核心素养以培养“全面发展的人”为核心,分为文化基础,自主发展,社会参与3个方面,综合表现为人文底蕴,科学精神,学会学习,健康生活,责任担当,实践创新等六大素养。本次教学设计以新人教英语必修三unit5为例

Learning aims

知识目标:

Talk about the basic information about Canada-location, main cities,customs and cultural diversity

能力目标

(1) To develop the students’ reading ability.

Get the students to learn to use some reading strategies such as guessing, key sentences, skimming, scanning and so on so as to get the main idea an find some detail information of the reading ability.

(2) Practice listening and speaking ability.

(3) To learn the writing style of this passage.

(4)To search the Internet and find more information of  a place,and try to make a plan for your holiday including the cost,the time ,the place,the transportation...

情感目标 

(1) Learn how to read a traveling report and use maps.

(2) Learn to love the nature.

 教学过程设计

设计意图:文章中两位主人公从西到东(Vancouver – Calgary—Thunder Bay—Toronto---Montreal穿越加拿大是一个完整的旅游线路,可以带着学生们一边欣赏美景,一边学习英语,激发他们学习英语的内动力和兴趣。

第二步:热身活动:模拟导游,为游客介绍加拿大,这一活动,我以加拿大地图及几幅图片或者在有效的网上找一个两三分钟的小短片去介绍风景并问学生一些问题:

Can you guess what country do these pictures refer to?

What do you know about Canada?

引导学生说出尽可能多的他们所知道的加拿大,如果学生的思维有所局限暂时打不开,可以以下列问题提示去引导:(很多图片可以从穷游,鹰途这些旅游网站上去找,比课本上的会更形象生动并且较新,更能激发学生的学习兴趣)

  Vancouver:

many Asian want to live therethe trees are extremely tall.

the oldest and most beautiful forests in the world

Calgary:

famous for Stampede

Cowboys come to compete in riding wild horses.

good at working with animals ,  they can win a lot of money in prizes.

Thunder Bay:

at the top end of the Great Lakesvery busy port

close to the centre of the country ,so that ocean ships can go there.

Step 1 Revision

   Ask the students to go over what they learned last class by translating the following sentences with new words .

Step 2 Lead-in and Warming Up

   1)Show the students the maple flag and ask them some questions.           

T: Do you know which country uses this national flag?

Ss:...

T: Which continent is Canada in?

Ss: It is in North America.

T: How large is it?

Ss: I only know it is the second largest country in the world. I don’t know the exact number.

T: Canada occupies an area of ... square kilometers. It is a bit bigger than China. Which country is its neighbor?

  2) Show some pictures to introduce Canada

A. Its natural resources

B. Its large area

C. Its beautiful scenery

   3) Ask the students whether they would like to visit Canada

         A Trip "On The True North"

Step 3 Pre-reading

T: Now I want to ask you a question. Do you like traveling? what do you want to know about a place?Tell the students that we'll follow the two girls to have a look at Canada.

Step 4 Fast reading

Get the students read the passage quickly and carefully try to get the general idea of the passage. Also give the Ss five minutes to divide the whole passage into 3 parts.

Part I     An introduction of the trip

Part II    their chat on their way to the station

Part III    What they saw and felt during the trip

Step 5 Skimming (师生互动)

Let the students read the passage again and find the details from the passage.

T: Now you read the questions on Page35 first, and then read the text aloud to find the answers to the questions. After a while, answer the questions in complete sentences without looking at your books.

Give the students a few minutes to read and find answers. Then ask some students to give their answers.

and show suggested answers on the screen:   

1. Which continent are the cousins crossing?

 2. Why are they not flying directly to the Atlantic coast?

3. What is “The True North”?

4. Why is the population of Vancouver growing so rapidly?

 5. What happens at the Calgary Stampede?

6. How are ocean ships able to reach the centre of Canada?

7. What are some of Canada’s greatest natural resources?

Step 6.Do some exercises.

   Ask the students to fill in the blanks to finish the summary of the passage,or retell the passage.

Step8. Homework

 Write a short passage to report what Li Daiyu and Liu Qian saw in Canada.

事实上在文本中找答案只是阅读最基础的部分,在实施教学的过程中教会学生如何利用词典,利用网络资源去解决词汇问题,去查询更多的风土人情,在老师的引导下运用skimming,scanning等技巧从而爱上学习,甚至会做简单的旅游攻略,用英语进行简单的交流和对一个地方的描述这才是能力目标中更重要的部分
