 It’s Children’s Day today.1课时

【教学目标】

1.To get the Ss to learn some new words and phrases: Children’s Day, school TV, do a play ,say a poem ,do a dragon dance

2.To enable the Ss to understand and speak :XXX is ...ing ... . Make sure they can use these in real situation

3.To help the Ss choose the right way to having a meaningful Children’s Day.

【教学内容】

New words: Children’s Day, school TV, do a play ,say a poem ,do a dragon dance

New Sentences: It’s Children’s Day. XXX is ...ing... .

 1The meaning of the new words and pronounce.

 2use of the sentence

4. Presentation

Step1  Let’s chant (课文活动一)

Input :  Children’s Day  

T: Oh! Children’s Day is a happy day. What do you usually do on Childen’s Day? 

Ss : I usually... .

Step2 T: How does Xi yangyang celebrate children's day. Now, let’s follow Man yangyang to have a look.

Step3 Man Yangyang says:Hello! I’m Man Yangyang from School TV.

Input: School TV

Step 4 Man Yangyang: What are they doing? Let’s have a look.

  Lan Yangyang is sing a song. ( 插入音乐)

  Mei Yangyang is dancing . (插入舞蹈)

  Xi Yangyang is saying a poem. (插入静夜思音频)

  Input: poem    saying a poem

  Xiao Huihui is doing a play with some children. (插入话剧音频)

Input: play   doing a play 

举例 doing a play/ playing football/playing basketball/palying the piano

引导Ss 区分play的不同含义

  Some children are doing a dragon dance.

Input: dragon   doing a dragon dance
