Step 1 Lead-in

  Boys and girls what are you doing now? Help   students answer: We are having an English lesson. Then ask: What am I doing   now?

Tell the   students: when we want to talk about things that are happening now, we should   use this tense- the present continuous tense. Its structure is “ be +doing”.
