I am glad you trust me so much that you share your problems with me and I will try my best to help you.
Firstly, being fat itself is not a big deal, but your health is important. To be healthy, you should eat more vegetables and fruit and do more exercise. Secondly, you don't know how to make friends. It is normal to have this feeling. But you can always offer to help others so that you can make more friends. Thirdly, it worries you that you can't get a good grade. To tell you the truth, anybody can succeed unless he works hard or finds a good way to study. And asking teachers for help is also a good way.
Worries and problems are normal in life. As long as you solve them, they are not big deals.
