Warming   up

1 Draw something related to the   vocabulary of the unit 7. Let students guess the words. 2 Show the   descriptions of the words and help students consolidate relevant vocabulary.

Presentation  

1Show   the pictures on p83 of the Student’s book. Elicit what students can see in   the pictures. Check understanding of blonde, sword and bracelet.

2   Play the recording.

3 Let students   compare answers

4   Play the recording again.

5   Check with the class. Elicit full sentences for each answer

2 Students listen   and read to find the names of the people.

Practice  

1   Play the recording of the second activity on page 82.

2   Let students take turns to practice all the sentences in pairs.

3Let   students turn to the Grammar focus section on page 125 of the Student’s Book.  

4   Work through the other examples with the class.

5   Match the sentences on the page 83 in the workbook with the students.

6   Finish activity3 on Page 83. Let students work with their partner. Let   students think how can help them? Then swap roles.

1   Students listen and repeat in chorus. Repeat.

2Students   take turns to practice all the sentences in pairs.

3 Students turn to   the Grammar focus section on page 125 of the Student’s Book.

4   Students complete the exercise individually and then check in pairs.

5Match   the sentences on the page 83 in the workbook with the students.

6   Student A chooses one of the six utterances and says what it is. Student B   tries to give a meaningful answer using ’ll.    In pairs, they take turns to choose and answer.

End   the lesson

Play   the game again from SB Activity 3 as a class.    Elicit some more situations to add to the six.  Play the game in open pairs.
