一、教学目标
1.能够听、说、认读动词词组empty the trash 和句子I am helpful !
I can sweep the floor.
2.能够听、说、读、写以下的动词词组:cook the meals, water the flowers, sweep the floor, clean the bedroom.
3.能够听懂、说唱部分的内容,初步熟悉句型:What can you do? I can
二、教学重点和难点
本课的重点是有关家务劳动的五个动词词组。本课时的教学难点是正确书写四个动词词组以及运用句型“I can„”进行表述。
三、课前准备
1教师准备录音机及录音带。

Let’s learn 部分的动作卡片及单词卡片
四、教学步骤
1、热身 教师领唱五年级上册第二单元C部分的歌曲“My Days of the Week”,全班学生一起演唱。
2、预习:师生对话
T:From Monday to Friday, days for school ,What can you do at school?
Ss: I can read, I can write, I can play
…T: Hung! You are very good! What can you do at home? Who can tell me?
Ss: I can eat some food. I can drink
…., I can clean desk…
T: Hung! You are helpful at home.
T: Woo! Saturday and Sunday, Days for fun. Do you like?
S: Yes, I do.
T: What do you do on Sundays?
S1: I often watch TV.
S2: I often read books.
S3: I often do homework and play football.
T: Guess. What do I do on Sundays?
Ss: Watch TV, read books

教师做动作引导学生猜想,然后看卡片,激发学生学习兴趣,学习用英语表达日常生活中我们能做到的力所能及的家务。
3、新课呈现:Let’s learn
(1)教师出示扫地图片,请学生描述图片内容,教师边做扫地动作边说:Look! I can sweep the floor. I’m helpful! 同时板书:I’m helpful! I can sweep the floor然后教师问学生:Can you? 引导学生拼读sweep 和flool,带读词组。
(2)教师边做擦桌椅的动作边说:I can clean the desk. I can clean the chair.教师指导学生练习:I can clean the …然后拿出“clean the bedroom ”的词说I I can clean the bedroom.教学“clean the bedroom ”,板书并拼读。
(3)教师画简笔画:一盆花、一个锅和一个垃圾桶,并配合图片及动作,依次教学并板书:water the flowers, cook the meals, empty the trash. 然后,教师出示动作词卡,学生快速认读。
(4)看图说词组游戏:教师出示图片,学生抢答,看谁反应最快,看谁说得最好,同时纠正错误发音。
(5)学生听录音跟读
(6)教师指着黑板上的词组提问学生“What can you do?”学生看板书齐答:“I’m helpful! I can ….然后同桌直接互相操练。请两位学生表演问答对话。
(7)做“猜一猜”游戏:每一组派两位学生参赛,其中一个学生在讲台上根据教师出示的图片做动作,另一位学生看动作说词组,看哪一组同学最有默契。猜对的小组得分,看哪个小组得分最高。

(2)让学生每天在家做自己力所能及的家务劳动,并尝试用英语表达。
