一、教学内容分析

Unit3    topic 1  section A

通过HelenWen Wei的对话,呈现了本课所要谈论的话题: What’s your hobby?以及兴趣、爱好的不同表达形式,如like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of   /be interested in +doing。结合本单元的话题Our Hobbies, 呈现了大量的表示兴趣爱好的短语: go traveling,   collect stamps, walk a pet dog, listen to music等。“兴趣爱好”这个话题和学生们的生活紧密相联,容易激发学生的学习兴趣。但要正确使用爱好的不同表达形式对学生来说还是有一定困难的。所以,要求老师以课本文本内容为依据,结合学生的实际生活,引导学生正确地使用like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of /be interested in +doing谈论自己的兴趣爱好,并能书面表达自己及朋友家人的兴趣爱好

have their own different hobbies, every one   does their best to study English

 

四、教学策略选择和设计

 

教学策略:

     通过 情景教学法,任务教学法,演示法让学生能够总结各种表示喜欢或不喜欢的表达,能够正确朗读句子,能够根据提示对本文进行预测,并根据文本主要信息进行能与同伴积极合作,参与课堂活动,大胆实践,能够形成广泛的兴趣爱好,活泼开朗的个性和对生活未来的积极态度

 

教学设计分析:

     该部分以个人的兴趣爱好为主题,贴近学生的个人生活与真实情况,系统学习关于各种常见兴趣爱好的表达法、喜欢与不喜欢的表达法以及主要语法点 used to,将个人兴趣爱好作为语言材料进而培养学生关于该话题在听说读写四个方面的技能。同时,培养学生广泛的兴趣爱好及积极乐观的生活态度。

       1以听力活动为手段,在图片的提示下,帮助学生总结表示喜爱的句型,训练学生总结归纳的能力。如:like/ am interested in/   "love/ prefer/ am fond of.。3a该部分通过听音辩词、排序的活动,帮助学生在图片的提示下复习部分兴趣爱好的表达,为学生交流该话题做好语言上的铺垫。

        1a 通过呈现 Helen与 Wen Wei谈论空闲时间的活动引入有关兴趣爱好的话题,在真实的语境中呈现新的语言材料,并提供与该话题相关的语言知识

        1b通过听音选择的活动,帮助学生理解对话大意。

        1c通过完成听音辨别信息的活动,帮助学生进一步理解对话大意并通过给图片写出关键词的活动,巩固已学过的关于兴趣爱好的词组。

        ld通过阅读1a对话,完成填空练习,将对话信息转换为短文叙述,在帮助学生理解对话的同时培养学生的信息转换能力。

        2通过和同伴谈论自身的兴趣爱好,帮助学生更好地在实际交谈中运用所学有关询问兴趣爱好的句型,如:- What's your oby?-love/ enjoy/ikeam   Interested in

  Difficulties:  

Use be interested in, love, enjoy, prefer, be fond of, like   to express likes and dislikes:

(1) I am interested in playing basketball.

(2) I love singing and playing the guitar.

(3) I enjoy dancing to music.

(4) I prefer playing soccer.

(5) I am fond of acting.

        (6) I like reciting   poems.

第一步:Pre-listening (10 minutes)

1.   Get students ready for learning.

2.   Show some pictures about our life on Sunday, such as running, reading, doing exercises. Ask students to   guess “What’s my hobby?” or “What do I often do in my spare time?” Teach the   new word “hobby”.(设计意图) 该部分起到承前启后的作用,同时旨在帮助学生建立新旧知识的联系,激活学生的旧知识,特别是关于喜欢做事的句型以及部分表爱好的词组,在具体语境中运用

 e.g. Ann likes sports. I think doing sports   is Ann’s hobby.)

3.   Write down “What’s your hobby? ------My hobby is reading.” on the blackboard. Read   these sentences on the blackboard   aloud. (设计意图)选择与兴趣爱好相关的词语和学生相关的语言储备

4.   Ask students “What are Helen and Wen Wei’s hobbies?” (Tell students preview   is very important.) Speak   out the correct answer. (设计意图) 通过对旧知识的复习,新词汇的导入,对对话进行预测

第二步  While-listening(20   minutes)

1.   Write “What are Helen and Wanwei’s hobbies?” on the blackboard. Teacher plays the   recording of 1a and lets students find out the answer. (设计意图) 该部分的目的在于训练学生从听力材料中获取有关该材料中对话者的兴趣爱好等信息的听力技能,并且培养学生根据图片等辅助信息完成听力任务的学习策略

Listen to 1a and answer the   question. Pay attention to the new word “recite” and “maybe”. (The   students who know the answer can recite the passage   according to the tape.) (设计意图) 根据不同的生词选择不同的呈现方式

2.   Read “recite” and remember its meaning, spelling   and pronunciation.   Finish 1b. Check the answer   and teach the new word “recite”   by showing pictures. (设计意图)该部分的目的在于掌握词组培养学生合作的能力

3.   Encourage students to look at the pictures in 1c and   try to check the phrases according to the pictures. Write down the phrases   according to the pictures as many as possible. Then share the answers in   groups. (设计意图) 引导学生观察图片进行配图,并且与同伴进行交流

4. Listen to 1a again. and   ask  students to write down the phrases   in 1c.Check the phrases. Pay   attention to the pronunciation. (设计意图) 培养学生快速捕捉听力信息的能力

5.   Listen to 1a for the third time and finish 1c. Then hand up as quickly as   possible.

6.   Read 1a carefully. Hand up when meeting problems. Teacher should walk around the   classroom to check whether the   students can read and give them some advice or help. Then   the whole class read 1a together. (设计意图) 核对答案与同伴练习对话

7.   Finish 1d individually and check the answers in groups. 

第三步:Post-listening(10 minutes)

1.   Check the answers in 1d and write “Wen Wei enjoys reading stories and   listening. Helen loves reciting poems.” on the blackboard. Tell students   there are different ways to express the same meaning. Encourage students to   find out other sentences which can express the same meaning. (设计意图)发展学生的口头交际能力,激发学生建立广泛的兴趣爱好

2.   Finish 2. Ask students to fill in the blanks in 2 according to the pictures.   Then play the recording of 2. (设计意图)将对华转化为短文的形式训练学生的信息转换能力,加深学生对对话的理解

3.   Write down “like/be fond of/be interested in /enjoy   /prefer” on the blackboard.

4.   Ask students to look at 2   carefully and summarize the usage of “like/be fond of/be interested in/ enjoy   /prefer”. (设计意图) 让学生意识到,这节课必须掌握的重点及其这些词的相关应用

5. Teacher explains some key points and difficult   points to the students: (设计意图) 再次明确本节课的学习目标,其实他生活中我们应该怎样来表达自己的喜好?

 (1) The   structure of “like/be fond of / be interested in   enjoy/prefer+doing” 

  (2) The key   sentences “What’s your hobby?” “My hobby is reading.” Then   give students some exercises to check whether they have mastered them.
