一、教学内容分析

本课主要谈论学生去天安门广场郊游的经过和感受，在阅读中进一步学习了时间状语从句，培养学生热爱旅游，积极探索、热爱运动的生活态度。

      本课是本单元的重点课文，是核心教学，以阅读为主，要求学生通过本课的学习活动掌握黑体单词和短语bicycle, tour, space, push, direction, step, beside,  be full of,    be surprised at, step on, push one’s way   out,in all directions以及学习以 after   as     not…until…,as soon as 引导的时间状语从句,理解白体词汇crowd, slowly 和sadly。

二、教学目标

　根据《英语课程标准》关于总目标的具体描述，学生们达四级目标，结合本课的教学内容以及学生的实际情况，确定如下目标：

知识目标

1、学习新单词bicycle,,   tour, space, push, direction, step, beside, crowd, slowly 和sadly及短语be full of,  be surprised at, step on, push one’s way out,in all directions,as soon as的表达和使用。

2、学习以 after,as,not…until…和as soon as 引导的时间状语从句。

能力目标

1、提高快速阅读的能力。

2、发展学生听说读写的综合语言技能，能听懂与旅游有关的短文和对话，能用英语在本课的任务型活动中进行简单的语言交流，能正确朗读1a短文，能写出简单的时间状语从句。

情感目标

1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣和热情。

2、培养学生热爱旅游、积极探索、热爱运动的生活态度和主动关心他人。

3、培养合作精神，让学生在小组活动中积极与他人交流，互相帮助，共同完成学习任务。

三、学习者特征分析

八年级学生学习英语的热情高，他们自觉性强，他们的预习和复习工作做得好。所以本课的主要教学工作应放在语言的输入和输出中。

四、教学策略选择和设计

1.采用多媒体设计生动有趣的图片，激发学生的学习兴趣和热情。

2.设计灵活多样的活动，比如玩游戏,朗读比赛，小组合作,做练习题,复述短文等。

五、教学重点、难点

重点：

1.学习新单词bicycle,tour,   space, push, direction, step, beside及短语be full   of,  be surprised at, step on, push one’s way out,in all directions,as soon as 的表达和使用。

2.学习和使用“ after, as,   not…until…,as soon as”引导的时间状语从句。

3.提高学生的阅读能力

3.The teacher lets the students read   the conjunctions in the box of 2 to grasp their different meanings.

5.
