Unit 8 Section A 教学设计

略阳县荣成中学   李汉英

一.教材依据

人教版(新目标)七年级下册第八单元第一课时。在课改的背景下,本套教材避免了传统课程的缺点,强调了学生的兴趣、经验等,能结合实际,贴近生活,插图生动活泼,重视了学生的情感。本节课我强调英语课程要从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力

二.设计思想

面向全体学生,在老师和引导下,通过多媒体设计各种图片帮助学生加深对所学语言的理解,激发学生用英语进行交流的热情,通过竞赛等形式,充分调动学生的积极性,注重过程评价,促进学生发展形成一定的综合语言应用能力。

三.教学目标:

本单元的教学目标是,学会订餐或叫外卖,学会询问他人的个人信息,学会向他人提供自己的个人资料,学会为面条和饺子写宣传广告。本节课是第一课时,首先,拿一些学生熟知的食物问Do you like/want bananas?来导入I’d like….Then show a picture of noodles and ask would you like some noodles? 从而引入新课内容I’d like some noodles.利用多媒体,采用任务型教学法,通过竞赛等形式,充分调动学生的积极性,让学生自主掌握教学目标

1.认知目标:

A.Vocabulary;

would ,I’d=I would ,noodle, beef,mutton,cabbage,

potato,special,drink,large,size,bowl.

B.Sentence:

A)-What kind of noodles would you like?

–I’d like beef and tomato noodles.

–What size bowl of noodles would he like?

–I’d like a large/ mekium/ small bowl of noodles

2.能力目标:让学生如何订餐和表达自己的喜好。

3.情感目标:培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣,乐于参加各种活动的积极情感,善于合作,培养学生团结协作精神和文明礼仪。

四.教学重点

1.掌握如何订餐和表达自己的喜好的句型:

-What kind of noodles would you like?

–I’d like beef and tomato noodles.

–What size bowl of noodles would he like?

–I’d like a large/ mekium/ small bowl of noodles

2.知道哪些词为可数名词和不可数名词:

Countable nouns:

bowls,dumplings,apples,strawberries,oranges.

Uncountable nouns:

beef,mutton, broccoli.

Countable nouns and uncountable nouns:

Chicken,salad,ice,cream,cabbage,onion

情景对话的实际运用

六.教学准备

本次教学需要准备一些水果,录音机、多媒体等,学生自己用于情境交际的物品。另外设计几组当堂测试题通过竞赛的形式来完成。

教学过程

课前播放一首英文歌,让学生带着愉悦的心情进入课堂。

Step1: Greetings

Step2:Leading-in

Take out some things about food and ask“ Do you like apples? Do you want an apple? ”  We can also say“ would you like an apple?”Help them answer“ I’d like an apple.”Then Give the apple to him /her. In order to practise the sentence to go on asking a few students .And then ask them to look at the screen .Ask“what are these in chinese? ”They can answer “面条”。Would you like some noodles ?Lead to Unit 8 I’d like some noodles.

Step 3: Learn new words in Section A

1.Show some pictures on the screen to learn new words one by one

2.Read together ,then read one by one.

3.Finish 1a Match the words with the foods.

4.Explain some nouns

Step 4: Practice

Show some pictures and let students use the sentences

A:What would you like? (would like = want)

B:I would like…= I’d like…

A:What would she/he like?

B:She’d like…/ He’d like…

to practise the new words we have just learned

Step 5:Learn new sentences and practise.

1.Show a picture of Noodle house.There are some kinds of noodles.Then let them know how to speak in English.Use three PowerPoints to learn“chicken and cabbage noodles, beef and tomato noodles,mutton and potato noodles.”Use three PowerPoints to Ask What kind noodles would she /he/they like? Help them to answer He /she/ they ‘d like.

2.Practise:Let Ss take out  some  things they have arleady prepared to practise

3.Listening

Do 1b. Play the tape and check the noodles that the person orders

Show a PowerPoint teach“What size bowl of noodles would you/he/she/they like? I’d/he’d/she’d/they’d like.”

4.use real object to  practice the sentence.

5.Listening.

Do 2a check the names of the foods you hear  and 2b fill in the blanks.

Step6:Finish two tasks

Have a contest and Task1: make a survey

教学反思:回顾本课教学,发现了自己在教受单词时浪费了时间,以至于学生在最后的真实情境的口语交际中没有多少时间进行展示, 此外在创设情境,培养口语交际能力时,限制了学生的思维只是用固定的对话让学生练习 学生的积极性和兴趣没有调动起来。所以在今后的教学中,我会把时间多留给学生,口语交际与创新教育结合到一起,不仅要让学生运用句型会说,敢说,更要让学生联系实际说,有自己的创新,有自己的发挥,更有自己的独特的表达方法。 在听力部分,学生经过大量的语言操练。只播放了两遍,大部分就能掌握,在今后的听力教学中,要采用此方法。所以,我会本着“以学为主,当堂达标”的课改理念,“不断地完善、不断地探索、不断地创新”,将英语新课改与英语教学更有效地结合起来,旨在做到“让学生动起来,让课堂活起来,让效果好起来”.
