一、教学过程。

Step 1 Warming up

Enjoy a film about robots and answer questions according to the film.

Questions: Which year is it in the film? What can robots do in the film?

Step 2 Free talk

If I have a robot, I hope it can…

Step 3 Skimming

(1)Look at the title and the picture. Then predict what the passage is about.

(2)Read the passage quickly and get the main idea of the whole passage and each paragraph.

Step 4 Scanning

(1)Read paragraph 1 and answer two questions.

(2)Read paragraph 2 and fill in the blanks.

(3)Read paragraph 3 and decide T or F.

(4)Read paragraph 4 and finish the diagram.

Step 5 Sum up

Summarize the passage by a diagram.

Step 6 Homework

(1)Read the passage at least three times and try to retell the passage.

Finish the exercise book.

二、教学反思。

从教学设计上来看，本节课设计合理，容量大，重难点突出。在英语听、说、读、写四个环节上，均有所体现，遵循了听说领先，读写跟上的教学原则。在听说教学上落实得还可以，但是到了读写的时候明显有走过场的痕迹，学生在读的时候都是没有出声的，不叫朗读，叫默读，看不出读的效果。在写的训练上也流于形式，没有给范文，就让学生直接写，而且写的时间太短，就一分钟，根本达不到应有的效果。 

从教学策略上来看，本节课主要采用任务型教学，通过设计不同的学习任务让学生掌握本节课知识，发挥了学生的主体作用。但是有些任务似乎过于形式化，没有起到实实在在的作用。

从教学评价上来看，本节课的教学任务得以落实，但在教学评价上似乎也有所欠缺，其实在小组中完全可以对每一个学生都进行评价，让学生有一种成就感。
