一、教学设计

Step1. Warm-up 热身

(Ask students to sing the song together)
优点：以与本课有关的歌曲导入课堂，激发学生学习兴趣。

Step2. Presentation 呈现和操练

1. to play a song to introduce the word “where’s”

Let them sing the song finger family, and guess the meaning of the word “where’s”.

优点：通过歌词引入本节重点单词 “where’s”设计合理。

2. to introduce the new word “hat” and the text by showing a hat filled with pens, pencils…Let them watch the hat that I prepared to master the word “hat”. Then let them guess the things in my hat.

优点：通过向学生展示自制魔术帽，教授新单词 “hat”，让学生猜测帽子里装的东西复习以前学过文具的单词，既新旧知识结合，又引出本课,调动了兴趣，课堂气氛活跃。

缺点：形式缺乏多样化。

3. to learn the text.

Let the students learn to read this text by listening to the tape and read after it.

优点：让学生听录音并跟读，模仿到正确的语音。

4. Games

（1）to play a game to enhance their memorizing of “in, on, under”

（2）to play the louder game to enhance their understanding of the text

优点：通过玩游戏，来加深本节课新授单词的学习，练习课文，加强朗读。使学生在玩中学习，达到更好的学习效果。

缺点：组织过程中，纪律有些乱，不能让全部的学生有机会锻炼。

Step3. Practice and Consolidation 巩固练习

To divide the students into four groups to read the text by having a competition 

优点：通过分组的竞赛的形式让学生朗读课文，奖励获胜的小组。激励了参与学习的热情和团体合作意识。

缺点：光读课文，学生会有枯燥感。

Step4. Homework 课后作业

（1）To read the text skillfully and try to recite

（2）To practice part 3 with their parents

二、 教学策略

本课的教学内容方位与学生日常生活密切联系。教学重点是掌握三个方位词 “in, on, under”。 学生在前面已经学习了文具等内容。因此，这节课的教学任务是如何在学习新知识的基础上，将分散的语言点进行整合，拓展，并在实际生活中加以准确运用。据此，在本节课中主要运用任务型教学和小组合作教学，游戏教学。

三、教学评价

在本节课各教学活动中，从唱，听，说，读，活动参与度等方面，对学生进行评价，通过加星，口头表扬，发动全班表扬等形式对学生进行评价。

四、教学反思

本堂课开展的活动符合孩子心理，适合他们对语言的学习；课堂气氛活跃，能调动学生学习英语的积极性；对学生的评价及时；教学步骤上处理恰当。

需有待改进的地方：巩固单词这一环节时间过长，导致在拓展方面力度不够。今后要在安排教学时间和教学拔高两方面提高。
