不同点:
pride为名词,常用搭配为take pride in或be the pride of。
proud为形容词,常用搭配为be proud of。

keep one’s cool 沉住气;保持冷静 cool用作名词。
e.g. “I must keep my cool,” she thought. “Losing my temper isn’t going to help.”

keep one’s cool意思相似的有keep cool。
e.g. Keep cool! 保持冷静!
注意:
keep cool中的cool用作形容词,而keep one’s cool中的cool为名词。

分析:
一教学设计
本节课的教学设计,基本遵循了一般的阅读理解模式的设计,即读前,读中,读后。能够抓住重点单词和短语,同时训练了同学们的朗读诗歌的能力。缺点是,既然是诗歌就得读书诗歌的意蕴和味道,我觉得还需要多让同学们跟读磁带朗读,然后同学在基本掌握了诗歌的韵律之后,让他们回想这自己的过去校园时光,带着感情朗读。文化不同,文化不同,但寄托的情感是一样的,在家庭作业的设计方面,可以考虑让同学们用中国的诗歌模式翻译课文,还可以让同学结合自己的校园故事写一篇小小的英语诗歌。
二教学策略
这首诗歌的教学,还是以教师为主体,应该以学生未主体。教师要创设更多的活动,让同学们更深刻的感受诗歌中所蕴含的对离别和校园生活的不舍得。如可以让同学讨论曾经举办过得有意义的,难忘的校园生活。可以让同学们讨论难忘的老师。在这种基础上,再来品味诗歌,才能够达到共鸣的作用。
三:教学评价
这首诗歌的教学,单词短语的考查,不是重点,而应该重点考查的是学生们有没有发现英文诗歌中的押韵和其规律。评价的时候还应该把重点放在诗歌的有感情朗诵中去。
