三、经验与反思
1、改进与提高：
1）论坛涉及面开始广，有价值的问题较多。通过有针对性发布一些有关教学理论、教学技术、高考改革的讨论帖，引领学员进行讨论，拓宽学员发帖思维。
2）校本资源质量有很大提高。通过向学员推荐优秀资源提供参考，在班级论坛发帖研讨的方式努力提高学员的参与度和督促学习进度。
2. 学习与辅导基本情况
学员都投入学习，作业、班级论坛发帖、校本活动成果提交。与上周相比，本周学员参与学习情况得到了大大的提升。希望全体学员能完成相应的学习任务，通过考核，并争取被评为优秀学员。辅导老师认真负责，已完成所有已提交的校本成果的批阅及推荐，发帖回帖带动讨论。
