谓语动词和非谓语动词的判断

一:教材分析

(一)教学目标 

1 Have Ss master the base structures of non-finite verbs

2 Have Ss master the base structures of verbs 

(二)教学重点:

1Use the proper form of non-finite verb such as V-ing  V-ed; to do 

2How to tell the verbs from non-finite verbs in the 语法填空

三)教学难点:

1Find out the logical subject, the proper voice the correct tense 

2.How to use the proper form of non-finite verbs

二:教法分析:

1. analyse the structure of the sentence and make sure the non-finite verb  

2.分析句子结构,教会学生判断动词在句中是做谓语还是非谓语动词

3 通过典型例题分析,让学生明白如果动词做谓语应考虑时态和语态,同时注意保持主谓一致。如果句中已有谓语动词,又不是并列谓语时,则所给动词要用非谓语形式。是主动关系,用现在分词;是被动关系,用过去分词,表目的状语多用动词不定式。

  

三、学法指导

    通过分析句子成分,让学生明白做语法填空题的思路,先分析做谓语还是非谓语,再考虑时态语态或主动还是被动关系。

五、教学过程与内容

考点一:

一、当提示词是动词,在句子做谓语时,应考虑时态和语态,同时注意保持主谓一致。近几年考查最多的是动词的过去式

1 I________(love)dancing when I was a little girl.

2 I________(tell)early in the morning that I must look

 after my sisterso I couldn't play football.

二、确定句中是否缺并列谓语,特别注意连词and

or前后的动词形式要保持一致

1 Alice got up early________(eat) some bread and

 went to school in a hurry.

2 That was not an attractive idea so I politely refused

her invitation,  ________ (close) my book and walked away.

堂上限时训练一(4分钟)

(一) 用所给动词的正确形式填空,注意时态、

语态和主谓一致。

1 His fear of failure ________(keep) him from classroom

 games that other children played with joy.

2I was certain she would like it because I___________

_(tell) by my classmates that she loved hot food.

3  In Logan, three people ________(take) to a hospital,

while others were treated at a local clinic.

解题技巧二:

一、 如果句中已经有谓语,且没有andor并列连词,

那动词就做非谓语动词

如果句中已有谓语动词,又不是并列谓语时,则所给动

词要用非谓语形式。非谓语动词,需要确定用动词不定

式、Ving形式还是Ved形式。确定的方法有:

1.    作主语或宾语,通常用是Ving形式表示习惯

或一般情况,用不定式表示具体的情况。

【例句1...but it is not enough only _______

(memorize)rules from a grammar book.

例句2  As a childhe was interested in

________(design) toys...

2作目的状语一般用不定式。如:

【例句1 ________(complete) the project, we'll

have to work two more hours a day.

3作伴随状语,常用分词,与逻辑主语是主动关系,

用现在分词;是被动关系,用过去分词。

【例句1He saw the stone, ________(say) to himself:

“The night will be very dark.”

【例句2 The headmaster went into the lab,

 ________ (follow) by the foreign guests

4.分词作宾补时,需根据宾语和分词的关系确定分词形式。是主动关系,用现在分词;是被动关系,用过去分词。

5 I noticed a man________(sit)at the front.
